What you need :
– 1 bottle of 1642 cola
– 2 lb of osso buco pork
– 4 teaspoons of your preferred oil, butter, canola oil or Mycryo cacao butter
– 1 onion, diced
– 4 garlic cloves
– 2 cups of veal stock
– 4 cups of 1642 Ginger (en bouteille?)
– 2 sprigs of leafless thyme
– 1 teaspoon of coarse pink pepper
– 3 cups of mushrooms
– ½ cup of 35% cream
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
What you need to do :
Preheat oven to 325° F (160 °C).
Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and preferred fat or oil.
In a hot pan, brown meat and set aside in an oven-safe dish.
In the same dish sweat onions and garlic for 2 minutes and deposit both ingredients on the meat
Add veal stock, 1642 Ginger, thyme, pink pepper and mushrooms to the pan.
Cover and seal all the ingredients with aluminum foil, and bake for 5 hours.
Add cream, lemon juice and season sauce to taste.
