Which gin with 1642 Yuzu?
Well, starting off, 1642 Yuzu is not a tonic. There is no bitter component such as quassia or quinine. On the other hand, don't shame my yuzu ! 1642 Yuzu (Canada's first Yuzu drink, by the way) is a great partner for your cocktail.
