Photo and recipe by Max Coubès Ingredients 1.5 oz Birster organic gin 1 oz red vermouth 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Lengthen with 1642 ginger beer Garnish with fresh cucumbers Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass over ice Thin with 1642 ginger beer and stir Garnish with a fresh cucumber skewer. Recipe by Lea Messier Ingredients 2 oz romeo's gin V 1 dash of Angostura bitters 1/4 oz ginger juice 1/2 oz lemon juice Complete with 1642 Yuzu Basil leaves Preparation: Combine romeo's gin V, bitters, lemon and ginger juice in a highball glass. Stir with a cocktail spoon and fill with ice. Top up with 1642 Yuzu. Garnish with basil leaves. Health!
Mugo Cranberry

Photo and recipe by Distillerie Mitis Ingredients 1 oz Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery 1 oz cranberry juice ½ oz of maple syrup from Ma Cabane en Gaspésie 2 oz 1642 ginger beer Ice cubes Preparation: In a shaker containing the ice cubes, add the gin, cranberry juice and syrup. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Empty the contents of the shaker into a glass containing ice cubes. Add 2 ounces of 1642 ginger beer to the serving glass. Mix gently with a spoon. Be careful, ginger beer is very spicy. Experiment to your liking. Health!
