Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Trait-Carré 1665 old gin
- 0.5 oz Trait-Carré OR maple gin liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5oz Rouge Gorge vermouth
- 2 oz of 1642 Ginger Beer
Preparation:
- Mix the following ingredients in a shaker:
- - Old gin Trait-Carré 1665,
- - Trait-Carré maple gin liqueur,
- - Lemon juice,
- - Simple syrup,
- Pour into glass and top with about 2 oz of 1642 Ginger

Pour slowly and mix 0.5oz of Rouge Gorge vermouth with a spoon so that it creates a separation
