Ingredients
- 2 oz Mugo gin from the distillerie Mitis
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 2-3 pieces of cucumber
- Top with 1642 yuzu
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients and the ice in a shaker except the Yuzu and shake
- Strain into a chilled glass and lengthen with Yuzu 1642
- Garnish with a cucumber, a wedge of lime and a little mint
