A delicious mojito, perfect for enjoying local products.

Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum from the Distillerie de Montréal
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz strawberry stem syrup
- A few crushed strawberries
- Mint leaves
- Cucumber tonic 1642
Preparation:
- Mash the strawberries using a pestle or a spoon.
- Put all the ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with the delicious cucumber tonic of 1642
- Mix! It's ready! 😋
