Ingredients
Preparation:
- Cut chunks of cantaloupe and crush in the bottom of a shaker with a pestle…or, squeeze the chunks in a juicer to extract the juice.
- Add in the shaker:
- lime juice
- Gin Romeo
- simple syrup
- ice
- Shake the shaker well and strain into a stemmed glass. Add fresh ice cubes.
- Lengthen with 1642 YUZU and stir lightly to homogenize the cocktail.
- Garnish with a cantaloupe skewer and a sprig of fresh mint.
