Elder Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

1.5 oz of Local Spirit Gin 7
1 oz blackberry rhubarb syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
1642 Elderflower tonic
mint leaves
a slice of lemon
ice

Preparation:

In a tall glass add:
- Gin 7
- blackberry rhubarb syrup
- lime juice
- and ice cream
Mix well
Lengthen with 1642 Elderflower tonic
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint and a slice of lemon
