Ingredients
- 2 oz Rosemont elderberry liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon
- ½ oz simple syrup
- A touch of emulsifier
- 1642 Tonic
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a shaker , put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic and the ice cubes
- Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds
- Add the ice cubes and shake again for 8 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass
- Lengthen with 1642 Tonic
