The goal: to create something super refreshing, very slightly sweet, to showcase my new Camerises de Menaud liqueur.
As it is a saline gin base in which haskap has macerated, this liqueur has a more delicate flavor than a product made entirely of fruit.
To create the cocktail, I chose products that do not alter the spectacular color of the haskap, while slightly enhancing the sugars and bringing a sparkling floral freshness.
