A cocktail recipe with our 1642 Yuzu and Royalmount gin. A tangy and floral delight. perfect for a romantic evening.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Royalmount gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz elderflower syrup
- ¾ oz grapefruit juice
- fresh lemongrass
- 1642 Yuzu
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Pound the fresh lemongrass in the bottom of the shaker
- Add the ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients, except the 1642 Yuzu
- Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds
- Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Lengthen with the 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a rose petal
