Ingredients
- 1 oz lime juice (one whole lime)
- 1 oz zaatar syrup
- 1642 Tonic
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1 line of zaatar
Preparation:
- Fill the old fashion glass with ice
- Add lime juice and zaatar syrup
- Top with tonic and stir
- Garnish with four fan-shaped slices of Lebanese cucumber
- Sprinkle with a thin line of zaatar
For the Zaatar Syrup (1.5 litre):
- Mix 1L of water, 1 kg of sugar and 1 cup of zaatar.
- Leave to infuse for 24 hours.
- Filter finely.
