Liven up your lunches, your dinners, or even your confinement dinners with this Gin-o-Plampo,
a grapefruit, honey and rosemary gin-to.

Ingredients
- 1 C. honey
- 1.5 oz BleuRoyal gin
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1642 Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit wedge
- Rosemary
Preparation:
- Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit using a citrus press.
- In a shaker, add:
- ice cubes,
- gin,
- grapefruit juice,
- honey
- a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Shake the shaker vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Filter the contents of the shaker into a glass using a cocktail strainer so as not to have any pulp.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Complete with tonic.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
