Ingredients
For the secret homemade blueberry juice syrup:
- 250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co wild blueberry juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
For the gin and tonic:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz secret house blueberry syrup
- 3 oz 1642 Tonic
- Thin lime slices (for garnish)
Preparation:
For the secret homemade blueberry juice syrup:
- In a pot:P
- Pour the wild blueberry juice and sugar.
- Heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Let cool completely in the refrigerator (the syrup will keep for up to 2 months in the refrigerator in an airtight bottle)
For the gin and tonic:
- Fill a highball type glass with ice.
- Add gin and homemade syrup to blueberry juice.
- Mix with a bar spoon.
- Finish with the tonic and garnish with a lime wedge
