Portugal's southernmost region, the Algarve, not only has some of the most spectacular beaches and cliffs in the world, but also fertile land covered in vineyards, olive groves and orange groves.
A major producer of wines and Ports, Portugal also produces a few Gins, and I brought back the orange Foxtale from the Algarve. On its own, we can really feel its aromas, a real delight! So I opted for a simple cocktail that highlights its flavors, without masking them.
