Madame Gin's Christmas Gin is a real favourite; it's a gin flavored with clementine, super well balanced and a real delight to taste all year round! This gin was developed by Lilian Wolfelsberger at the Distillerie de Montréal, and it is truly a great success.

Ingredients
- 1642 Light Tonic
- Rosemary tincture (rosemary alcohol spray) from Distillerie Oushkabé.
- 1 ¾ oz of Noël Madame Gin from the Distillerie de Montréal
- ¾ oz of Fleurs de l’Ile orange liqueur from Distillerie Oushkabé.
- ¾ oz orange syrup
- 1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill old fashioned glasses with ice
- Sprinkle the rosemary tincture over the ice cubes
- In a shaker pour the gin, orange liqueur, orange syrup and cranberry juice
- Shake well and pour the contents into the glass
- Top with 1642 Light Tonic, and stir gently with a bar spoon to even out the flavors.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and pink peppercorns.
