Ingredients
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz rosemary infused simple syrup
- 4 raspberries or strawberries or red fruits
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1.5 oz Quebec gin
- 3 oz white cranberry juice or white grape juice
- 3 oz 1642 Tonic or 1642 Yuzu
Preparation:
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients, except the Tonic 1642.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour all of your shaker into a large wine glass, and top with Tonic 1642.
- Stir lightly to make the mixture homogeneous!
The Extra Tip:
I advise you to eat the fruits of your cocktails at the end, a bit like with a sangria… they will be soaked in the cocktail and therefore deliciously good!
