A cocktail that showcases excellent Quebec products. The Gin used is a soft and very versatile spirit, which blends with the sweet liqueur made from Roberval cherries. Fruity yet refreshing and not too sweet, this tasty cocktail appeals to everyone.

Ingredients
- 1642 Light Tonic
- 1 ¾ oz Distillerie Beemer Gin
- 1 oz. Distillerie Beemer boreal cherry liqueur
- ½ freshly squeezed lemon
- ¾ oz orgeat (almond) syrup
- Emulsifier or egg white (optional)
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour all the ingredients except the 1642 Light Tonic
- Shake the shaker well and pour the contents into an Old Fashioned glass full of crushed ice
- Lengthen with 1642 Light Tonic
