Ingredients
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
- 1.5 oz of Brum Barnston
- 3 oz red cranberry juice
- 2 oz 1642 Light Tonic
Preparation:
- In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the 1642 Light Tonic !
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour all of your shaker into a stemmed glass.
- Top off with 1642 Light Tonic.
- With a spoon stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous.
Deco Idea:
Put a slice of dehydrated orange on which you will rub some beetroot to give it a very nice red color.
