A well-balanced cocktail recipe with boreal and spicy aromas made with our 1642 ginger beer, sea buckthorn berry and Norkotié gin!

Ingredients
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. sea buckthorn berry spread
- 1½ oz of NORKOTIÉ gin from the Distillerie Vent du Nord
- 3 oz white cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- 3 oz of 1642 ginger beer
- Orange zest
Preparation
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients, except the 1642 ginger beer
- Add the ice cubes
- Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds
- Pour the entire shaker into a large Old Fashioned glass
- Lengthen with 1642 ginger beer
- Stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous
- Garnish with an orange zest
