Ingredients
- 1½ oz CIRKA Gin Sauvage
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- 2 oz peach nectar
- pinch of nutmeg
- Basil leaves
- 1642 Ginger Beer
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a shaker, combine everything except the 1642 ginger beer and the ice cubes
- Crush a few basil leaves in the shaker to release the flavors.
- Add ice cubes and shake
- Using a bar sieve, pour into a glass filled with new ice cubes
- Top with 1642 ginger beer
- Garnish with a bunch of fresh basil and a delicate flower.
