Delicate, fresh and light, this cocktail recipe with our 1642 ginger beer and Cirka's Gin Sauvage is sure to entice you.

Ingredients

1½ oz CIRKA Gin Sauvage
¼ oz lemon juice
¼ oz maple syrup
2 oz peach nectar
pinch of nutmeg
Basil leaves
1642 Ginger Beer
Ice cubes

Preparation:

In a shaker, combine everything except the 1642 ginger beer and the ice cubes
Crush a few basil leaves in the shaker to release the flavors.
Add ice cubes and shake
Using a bar sieve, pour into a glass filled with new ice cubes
Top with 1642 ginger beer
Garnish with a bunch of fresh basil and a delicate flower.
