Celebrating the start of spring in freshness, anyone? We present to you the ideal cocktail recipe by the restaurant TABOO Cuisine Rebelle, a must in the Lanaudière region thanks to its friendly and festive atmosphere! Here is the Detox.

Ingredients
- 1642 Yuzu
- 2 oz of Romeo's gin or Vodka Ketel One Cucumber & Mint
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Mint*
- A few slices of fresh lemon
- A few thin slices of cucumber
- Ice cubes
*Tip: Smack the mint leaves in your hand to release the aromas.
Preparation
- In a glass, add a few mint leaves, cucumber slices, lemon slices, gin (or vodka) and simple syrup
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Lengthen with the 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon
