Fancy a little spice? Then you'll be delighted with this cocktail recipe using our famous ginger beer.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Madison Breakfast Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz thai chili infused maple syrup (Cut a Thai chili pepper into chunks and steep in the syrup for 20 minutes. Strain to remove the chili chunks)
- 1642 ginger beer
- 3 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
- Bunch of mint
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Directly in a highball type glass or in a Moscow mule mug, add in all the ingredients except the 1642 ginger beer and the Angostura aromatic bitters
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Thin with 1642 ginger beer
- Finish with 3 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a chili pepper.
