Today we are doing a favor to all those who still believe that the only good drink to make with rum is a rum & coke. Here is your new favorite rum cocktail recipe, 100% Quebec!

Ingredients

1 oz of Morbleu rum
1oz pineapple juice
2 oz 1642 ginger beer
Ice cubes
Grilled pineapple slice
Burnt thyme

Preparation:

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes
Pour the rum
Pour the pineapple juice
Stir with a spoon
Lengthen with 1642 ginger beer
Garnish with burnt thyme and a slice of BBQ-grilled pineapple.
