Did someone say MARGARITA?!? Here is the version of the Hélicoptère Restaurant, a real pearl in the Hochelaga district of Montreal. It stands out by promoting local products, which is why we particularly appreciate it. Here is the Mediterranean Margarita!

Ingredients
- 1¼ oz Tequila Cazadores Blanco
- ¾ oz of Dr. Shrub Fine Herbs
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 1 bar spoon of Crème de Cassis Monna et Filles
- 1 ½ oz of 1642 Yuzu
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour in all the ingredients, except the 1642 Yuzu
- Lengthen with the 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
