Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut rum Rhum Sainte-Marie
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- mint leaves
- top with tonic 1642
Preparation:
- Add the ingredients to a tall glass.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with mint leaves
