Ingredients
- 1 oz Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- ½ oz of maple syrup from Ma Cabane en Gaspésie
- 2 oz 1642 ginger beer
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a shaker containing the ice cubes, add the gin, cranberry juice and syrup.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Empty the contents of the shaker into a glass containing ice cubes.
- Add 2 ounces of 1642 ginger beer to the serving glass.
- Mix gently with a spoon.
Experiment to your liking.
