The spicy side of ginger beer is interesting when mixed with cranberry and sugar!

Ingredients
- 1 oz 1989 – Taffel Akvavit
- 1oz Sophia
- ½ oz Humble Menthe Rosemary
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 4oz 1642 Ginger Beer
- Cranberry juice
- Coconut whipped cream
- 70% Chocolate
Preparation:
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add the Sophia, the 1989, the Humble, the simple syrup then stir
- Add the ginger beer and fill the glass with cranberry juice.
- Make a beautiful hat out of coconut whipped cream
- Grate 70% chocolate and add a straw.
