- 12 slices of fresh ginger
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 oz lemon juice
- 5 oz liquid cane sugar
- 1 liter of apple juice
- 750 mL dark rum
- 2 oz vanilla extract
- 750 mL of 1642 ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- In a large punch bowl, combine all the ingredients
