Ingredients
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz liquid cane sugar syrup (simple syrup)
- ¼ oz orange blossom water
- 2 basil leaves
- 3 raspberries
- 1¼ oz of Agricole Trois Rivières Cuvée Rum de l'océan
- 3 oz white cranberry juice
- 3 oz of 1642 Yuzu
- Ice cubes
Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the 1642 Yuzu.

Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the contents of your shaker into a large wine glass.

Lengthen with 1642 Yuzu.

Stir with a mixing spoon to make the mixture more homogeneous.
- Garnish with a basil leaf
