Ingredients
- 1 oz of maple liqueur
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2.5 oz apple juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 5-6 dashes of orange bitters
- 2-3 dashes of emulsifier
- 1642 Ginger Beer
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, except for the ginger beer.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned type glass filled with new ice cubes.
- Dilute with ginger beer.
- Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
