Warning: this is not a gin and tonic like the others!
This is the version of The Farsides restaurant, THE place to enjoy a "Tiki" cocktail in an atmosphere inspired by the hip-hop and popular culture of the 90s. This cocktail is to be enjoyed under the tunes of Mary J. Blige and " Family Affair”. Here is the Thaiwaiien Gin Tonic.
Ingredients
- 2oz gin
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz passion fruit, papaya and tonka juice
- 1642 Yuzu
- 1 Thai green chilli
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a Tiki glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, lime juice and papaya, passion fruit and tonka juice
- Lengthen with 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a Thai green chili.
