This bright red cocktail from mixologist Fanny Gauthier has it all with its citrus aromas and acidity from the cranberry-raspberry juice. It also contains orgeat syrup, a drink made from almond milk and orange blossom water, and it is topped up with a Quebec tonic.

Ingredients
- A few leaves of lemon basil
- 1 bottle (275ml) of Yuzu1642
- 2 ounces of Noroi dry gin with berries
- 4 slices of lemon
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place basil leaves in the bottom of two glasses.
- Crush them a little to bring out the flavors.
- Add 1 ounce of gin to each glass.
- Pour half the bottle of Yuzu 1642 into each glass.
- Add the lemon slices.
- Put a few ice cubes in each glass and enjoy.
